PayPal Gets An Official Blog

How do you communicate with 150 million customers? Get a blog. PayPal has a new official blog, The PayPal Blog. Here is the feed.
CEO Rajiv Dutta says the new blog is a place “to have a conversation with the millions of customers and partners that use PayPal every day.”
Only a few categories are open so far and I don’t see one marked “complaints” yet!
Blogs are a great way for companies to communicate with customers. E-gold even has a new blog.
